Choosing a Date and Time

Selecting the right date and time for your Muvr service is a crucial step to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to choose a time slot that works best for your schedule. Here’s how you can choose a date and time for your move or delivery:

1. Accessing the Calendar:

When placing your order, you’ll have the option to choose a date and time for your Muvr service. Click or tap on the “Choose Date” or “Select Time” section to access the calendar and available time slots.

2. Calendar View:

The calendar will display available dates for scheduling your move or delivery. You can scroll through the calendar to find the date that suits you best. Dates that are grayed out indicate that they are not available for scheduling.

3. Selecting a Date:

Click or tap on the desired date to see the available time slots for that day. Keep in mind that availability may vary based on factors such as location and demand.

4. Available Time Slots:

You will see a list of available time slots for the selected date. Each time slot represents a specific window during which your move or delivery can take place. Time slots are typically in 2-hour intervals, starting as early as 8:00 AM and ending as late as 8:00 PM.

5. Choosing a Time Slot:

Click or tap on the time slot that aligns with your preferred schedule. The selected time slot will be highlighted, indicating your choice.

6. Confirming Your Selection:

Once you’ve chosen a date and time slot, proceed to the next steps of the booking process. You may be prompted to review your order details, enter item information, and provide pickup and drop-off locations.

7. Flexibility and Options:

If your preferred time slot is not available, consider selecting an alternative date or time that works for you. Our goal is to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.

8. Advance Scheduling:

You can schedule your move or delivery up to 90 days in advance. This gives you the flexibility to plan ahead and secure your preferred date and time.

9. Rescheduling Options:

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your service, you can do so through your Muvr account. Simply log in, navigate to your upcoming orders, and select the “Reschedule” option.
