Here’s what you need to become a mover - driver or helper
Driver
Requirements
- You’re 18 years or older
- You have at least one year of moving experience, or equivalent
- You have at least one year of customer service experience - a reliable and friendly attitude!
- You have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) with and/or without another mover while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
- You have a reliable pickup truck, sprinter cargo van, or box truck, year 2008 or newer
- You have proper equipment/tools: Rolls of plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, ratchet straps tie-downs, moving/lifting straps, and a drill or a screwdriver with different bits
- You have a driver’s license
- You have commercial auto and general liability insurance
- You consent to driver screening and background check
- You have an iPhone or Android smartphone
Documents
- A valid US Driver’s License
- Proof of commercial auto and general liability insurance
- Mover profile photo
- Exterior and interior photos of your vehicle
- Photos of required moving equipment/tools
- Video demonstrating that you have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) with and/or without another mover while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Example: Video showing you and someone carrying a sofa while walking for at least 10 seconds. You can also do the same by yourself, walking for 10 seconds while carrying 100lbs in weight

Requirements
- You’re 18 years or older
- You have at least one year of moving experience, or equivalent
- You have at least one year of customer service experience - a reliable and friendly attitude!
- You have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) with and/or without another mover while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
- You have a reliable car, year 2008 or newer
- You have rolls of plastic stretch wrap
- You have a driver’s license
- You have vehicle insurance and general liability insurance
- You consent to a background check
- You have an iPhone or Android smartphone
Documents
- A valid US Driver’s License
- Proof of vehicle insurance and general liability insurance
- Mover profile photo
- Video demonstrating that you have stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) with and/or without another mover while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Example: Video showing you and someone carrying a sofa while walking for at least 10 seconds.
