Canceling or Rescheduling an Order

Here’s everything you need to know about canceling or rescheduling your Muvr service:

Canceling an Order

1. Accessing Cancellation Options:

To cancel a scheduled service, open the Muvr app and navigate to the “Orders” tab. Locate the relevant order and select it to access the order details.

2. Initiating Cancellation:

Within the order details, you’ll find an option to “Cancel Order”. Select this option to initiate the cancellation process.

3. Cancellation Fees:

Please note that cancellations made within a certain time frame of the scheduled order may be subject to cancellation fees. The specific fees and time frame will be outlined in the order details.

4. Confirming Cancellation:

Once you request a cancellation, our system will process the request, and you’ll receive a confirmation of the cancellation via the app. Any applicable fees will also be reflected in the confirmation.

Rescheduling an Order

1. Accessing Rescheduling Options:

To reschedule an order, follow the same steps as canceling an order by navigating to the “Orders” tab in the Muvr app.

2. Initiating Rescheduling:

Within the order details, you’ll find an option to “Reschedule Order.” Select this option to initiate the rescheduling process.

3. Available Time Slots:

When rescheduling, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from available time slots that align with your new preferred order time. Our system will display the time slots that best match your request.

4. Rescheduling Fees:

Please note that rescheduling made within a certain time frame of the scheduled order may be subject to rescheduling fees. The specific fees and time frame will be outlined in the order details.

5. Confirming Rescheduling:

After selecting a new time slot, our system will process the rescheduling request. You’ll receive a confirmation of the rescheduled order via the app, along with the updated service details.
