When Can You Change the Order Address?
You can request a change of order address up to 24 hours before the scheduled order start time. This gives you the flexibility to ensure your items are delivered to the right place, even if your plans have evolved.
How to Change Your Order Address
Changing the order address for your Muvr order is straightforward and convenient. Follow these steps to update your order’s destination:
Log in to your Muvr account or create a new one if needed.
Go to the “Orders” tab to view your current and upcoming orders.
Find the order for which you want to change the pickup or drop-off address and select the “Change Address” option.
Enter the new address details, including the street address, city, state, and zip code.
Confirm the updated address information, the updated order amount and your delivery will be rerouted to the new location.
