Assigned: Your order has been assigned to a driver/helper, and they’re preparing to start the service.
En Route: The driver/helper is on their way to the pickup location.
Arrived: The driver/helper has reached the pickup location and is ready to start the service.
In Progress: Your items are being moved, delivered, or serviced.
Completed: The service has been successfully completed, and your items have been delivered or the task has been accomplished.
Tracking Your Order’s Progress
Tracking the progress of your order is easy and convenient with the Muvr app. Here’s how you can keep tabs on your order’s journey:
Real-Time Location Tracking: Once your driver/helper is en route to the pickup location, you can track their real-time location on the map within the app. This allows you to estimate their arrival time accurately.
In-App Notifications: You’ll receive timely notifications at key milestones, such as when your driver/helper arrives at the pickup location or when the service is completed. These notifications keep you informed without needing to constantly check the app.
Order Details: In the “Order in Progress” section of the app, you’ll find detailed information about your order, including pickup and drop-off locations, estimated time of arrival, and any special instructions.
Chat with Your Driver/Helper: Have a question or need to provide additional instructions? You can communicate directly with your driver/helper through the in-app messaging feature.
Making Changes During the Service
