When Can You Reschedule?
You have the flexibility to reschedule your order within a certain time frame before the scheduled delivery date. Here’s what you need to know:
Same-Day Delivery: For same-day delivery orders, you cannot reschedule the scheduled order time. If it passes 24 hours before the scheduled time slot, you will be charged 50% of the total order amount if you reschedule.
Scheduled Time Slots: For orders with scheduled time slots, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start of your selected time slot.
How to Reschedule Your Order
Rescheduling your order with Muvr is quick and easy. Follow these steps to make changes to your delivery schedule:
Log in to your Muvr account or create a new one if needed.
Navigate to the “Orders” tab to view your current and upcoming orders.
Find the order you’d like to reschedule, click it, then click the 3 dots and select the “Reschedule” option.
Choose a new order date and time slot from the available options. Make sure to select a time that works best for you.
Confirm your rescheduled order details, and you’re all set!
